When comes to food, it is best to stick to the basic. Stay away from any processed food unless you know the details of the process of making that particular food. Where do I get such affirmative ideas about processed food? Well, yes, I’ve read about the cons of processed food before. Diet or a well-balanced eating is my subject of interest too. I sometimes imagine myself as a dietician. Anyway, back to the question, I promise myself to choose food that is in the form similar to when it was produced or what people call in the basic form of food after I watched Jamie Oliver, the famous English chef in his program ‘Food Evolution’.
